Pauline's Pastries has been in business for over 20 years. We are a family-run operation in the tradition of high quality and service started by Perlmutar's Bakery, which was located in Toronto's Kensington Market for 70 years. At Pauline's Pastries we use the finest all-natural ingredients - European chocolate, fresh dairy products, fresh eggs. All of our cakes, pies, cheesecakes, cookies, pastries, coffeecakes, squares and truffles are delivered fresh, although most can be frozen.
